Downtown carries the lowest typical monthly price in the catalogue — about $1,850 across its 41 listed suites — because the towers there compete against newer Midtown product. Central Perimeter and North Fulton are the other two value pockets once you accept a drive: North Fulton suites start at $145 a month and typical rates sit at $3.13 per ft², with parking generally included, which is a real saving against a Buckhead tower where it is not.
What you trade away
Cheap stock in Atlanta comes with three usual compromises: an older building with slower elevators and standard HVAC hours; an interior suite with no exterior window; or a location that is a car commute rather than a walk from a MARTA station.
